The Huddle Playbook for Success - Can You C-us?

  • Cineplex VIP Cinemas Yonge-Dundas 10 Dundas Street East Toronto, ON, M5B 2G9 Canada (map)

The Standard invites you to join us on Thursday, November 16, 2023, for "The Huddle Playbook for Success - Can You C-us? Black Women Executive Leadership" presented in partnership with Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment (MLSE) and NBA Canada. Limited tickets available.

Join a powerful panel of Black female executives in the sports marketing space who have smashed that proverbial glass ceiling and are embracing their seat at the C-suite table. Help us redefine and redesign what success looks like, especially for Black women leaders, in a construct that is not designed for us... and still we rise! Learn how to navigate a leadership trajectory, challenge stereotypes with dignity, and gain strategies for overcoming systemic barriers as you rise professionally, personally, and authentically. Following the event, The Standard will host a retrospective VIP screening of ‘Woman King,’ an award-winning film about Black women warriors directed by Gina Prince-Bythewood, a renown award-winning Black female director.

Join Savanna Hamilton, Sideline Reporter at Sportsnet, and talented black women panelists, to be announced!
