Tanya Hayles is an award-winning Tedx speaker + creative storyteller using various mediums to evoke emotions, create change, build movements, and color in white spaces.

She is the founder of Black Moms Connection, an online global village of almost 30,000 and a national non-profit providing culturally relevant programs and resources to educate and empower the Black mother and her family. She is now a thought leader on Black motherhood, recently doing a TedxToronto talk that was top 5 in the world when released in August 2022.

Jonae Bond, a 24-year-old creative professional based in Toronto, Canada, is a versatile expert with a wide range of skills in brand design, brand strategy, photography, social media management, website design, and creative direction. She pursued her education at Thee Xavier University Of Louisiana (XULA), graduating with Honors and earning a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communication, followed by a Master's degree in Digital Marketing.

In late 2021, Jonae realized the potential of combining her talents in branding, marketing, and photography to create a more impactful venture. With self-taught proficiency in brand design and photography, she decided to rebrand her endeavors in 2022, resulting in the establishment of Truly Elevated Agency Inc. Throughout her career, Jonae has had the opportunity to collaborate with numerous small businesses and large corporations worldwide, leveraging her expertise to help them achieve their branding and marketing objectives.

Driven by a strong vision, Jonae established Truly Elevated Agency Inc as a centralized platform where business owners and entrepreneurs can access comprehensive branding and marketing services. Rather than struggling to find different professionals for individual branding or marketing tasks, clients can rely on Truly Elevated Agency Inc for a cohesive and effective approach to their business needs.

Jonae's primary mission is to assist business owners and entrepreneurs in developing meaningful brands that leave a lasting impression. She believes in helping clients stand out within their industries by crafting unique branding strategies, creating captivating visuals through photography, and implementing strategic marketing tactics. With her diverse skill set and passion for elevating businesses, Jonae is dedicated to making a lasting impact on her clients' brands.

Hildah Juma is the Executive Director for the Black Talent Initiative where she is leading change through building a community, creating connections and collaborating with others while striving to ensure that Black talent feel empowerment and have agency to achieve the unimaginable. Hildah is passionate and steadfast in growing this movement and influencing others to do the same.

Hildah was first inspired to join the not-for-profit world, specifically in the post-secondary education sector, as an international student from Kenya, advocating for others. With over a decade of experience, Hildah was the Executive Director for the Canadian Federation of Students – Ontario where she provided effective advocacy strategies to lobbying all levels of government for more than half a million college and university students across the country.

Hildah holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Philosophy along with a Certificate in Non-profit Management. Hildah lives in Toronto with her husband and toddler son, who both inspire her every day in fighting to challenge anti-black racism.
