We Welcome the Newest Volunteer to The Standard - Nosa Atoe

Nosa is a junior recruiter and specializes in early talent development and diverse talent partnerships at Salt XC. She implemented and managed Salt XC’s first internship program, which resulted in a 4-month internship with: weekly mentorship sessions that focused on the importance of DEI in the workplace and career development sessions.

She considers herself as an IDEA professional, the acronym I-D-E-A, standing for inclusion, diversity, equity and accessibility is the value that Nosa wants to bring into every environment that she is in.

Nosa is passionate about accessibility in recruitment and is constantly working towards increasing opportunities, increasing visibility, and eliminating biases in the industry. She will be joining the Partnerships Committee as we look to expand our relationships in 2023.
